    aspartame

    I have heard aspartame is toxic to the body, yet i see it on many food lables. Including diet soft drinks and some weight gain formula powders. I have seen conflicting info on both sides:it is perfectly ok or long term consumtion will result in death. Anybody have any ideas?

    no proof of any side effects , We had a debate about this , I posted many studies with people using tons of the stuff with no sides , tastes like shit tho
