Here's my question..it might sound ignorant tho..i don't follow nutrients too closely i just try to get enough..Its my understanding that it's really only possible (assuming you're natural) to digest 50 grams of protein in a certain period of time, well what about carbs and fat? can you eat too much of that, does it just go to waste? cause sometimes i might eat 50 grms pro in one meakl and 100 grm carbs..thanx just curious
