    Bodyfat

    How can I figure out what my BodyFat% is? I know there are calipers but are they good?

    calipers can give you an idea somewhat. if anything you can keep using the calories and if the measurements change you will know that your either going up or down. but if you want a truly accurate measurement do the hydrostatic.

    Where can I get a hydrostatic test done? The bodpod at the local university isnt open for public.
