    5000 cals

about to start a cycle... i will be able to eat 400 grams of protien and 300 grams of carbs with 80 grms of fat, thats no problem, the problem is getting 5000 cals, thats hardcore bc im clean bulking on 500 mg of test e / every 3.5 days for 12 weeks. How do you easily get 5000 cals in you?

Up your fat intake. It's actually pretty easy when the majority of your meals are pro/fat.

yeah, u definately want to up those carbs. why have them lower then your protein? how much do you weigh. im currently in my 4th week of the same cycle. im taking in 2 grams of protein per pound i weigh. im also going to be uping my calories next week. not to hijack your thread but does anyone have any suggestions on how i should up my calories? im taking in 475 grams of pro and carbs right now and just over 100g of fat. i dont really think its totally necessary to go more then 2 g per pound of weight in protein, should i up the carbs and fat?

Protein and olive oil/pb shakes in between meals can really help to bump cals without getting sloppy. Also make sure to fully take advantage of post-workout meals. Protein/carb shake after you lift, followed by a HUGE meal 45-60 minutes later. Then resume back to your regular eating intervals.

im eating 7 times a day, that includes my pwo's and liquid forms. my question is im a big advocate of not mixing carbs and fats and if you do try to keep it to a minimum. anyway since im needing more calories on cycle can i go ahead and mix a little more carbs and fats to meet my calorie requirements or should i just eat more meals or up the calories even more on the meals i am eating? because already my carb meals are around 100 carbs a meal and my pwo meals are about 125 per meal. any thoughts?
