I was doin fine with my diet lately. I havent deviated at all. Last week I lost 4 pounds total down to 248. Last night when I weighed myself, I was 250. I weigh at night..around the same time each time. Any idea how this happened? I also have noticed that I appeared to gained a little fat too. This is how my cardio has looked like:
week 1: 4 times
week 2: 5 times
week 3: 6 times
week 4: so far..3 times mon, tues, thurs

I have done all cardio in the AM on an empty stomach except for 2 times I did it at 6pm or so...eating oats at 11am and then nothing until 20 mins post cardio.
