this is my bro's diet kinda weird but he says it works well for him year round..
what do you guys think as you can see he has 3 pro fat meal's then 3 pro carb meals all after workout
meal-1 12 egg whites/ 2 tbls pb
meal -2 6oz tuna or chicken/ 2 tbls pb
meal-3 1 scoop whey/ 1 tbls pb
PWO--2 scoop whey/ 80gs Dex
meal-4 lean protein/ 1 cup oats
meal-5 lean protein/ 1 cup brown rice
meal-6 6oz tuna/ 1 scoop whey/ 1 tbls pb
is this a lean bulk year round? I guess it could work, except that he wont grow after a certain while cuz he will have to up his kcal..... but i like it.... lots of pb...... yum.Quote:

yeah lean bulker but he does a lil cardio maybe 3 days a week but he stays lean enough to see abbs

Id have a medium GI carb 1st thing in the morning , cut back on the fat , add some flax and make the pre workout meal a pro/carb
yup thats it , other than that the diet looks pretty decent
