Kashi cereal
Just picked some up, 1 cup has 13 grams of protein n 30 grams of carbs, good fiber content also, i think its soy,oats n fiber. Prob gonna have a bowl of this with alittle skim milk, and like 3 eggs, n a cup of sugar free OJ with 1 scoop of tasteless whey protein, this a good first meal for a lean bulk?

Not bad. Oats, rice, potatoes are better - but that will do, i guess.

not really. Kashi is alright, but still has too much sugar, IMO. Esp if you're on a "lean bulk".
Usualsuspect is right, stick with oats and that shlt. Gets boring sometimes, but it's always worth it in the end!

which kind did you get? i think there are like 4 or 5 different kinds of kashi cereal. i would def. throw in that meal you described once a week just to mix things up.

i got the high protei one, i thnk its the only high protein one. If the kashi isnt good what should i mix to make my own high protein cereal???
