Anything wrong with V8?
i'm bulking clean...
I suck at cooking veggies. And even if I could, I dont have the time to prepare and cook them. Is there anything wrong with substituting the veggies in my meals with a can/bottle of V8 (low sodium)?

I'd skip the V8 and take some multi's instead.

I love thet stuff.. but normally only take it if i'm doing dnp .. (which i dont' anymore)
a multi should already be in there for ya..
and yes.. there is a problem with substituting veggies for a v-8.. less fiber, and your body needs substance.. especially if you are bulking..
but if you refuse to eat.. drink that shit..The answer to your every question

There is a problem with V8, yes.
It's f*cking disgusting.
I takes 5 mins. to steam fresh veggies. A one quart pan with water, steamer goes in, veggies on top, cover and steam away w/the lid a bit cracked.
Extremely easy. You could also used canned green beans and such and microwave those, even easier.
