shrimp
Just ate an entire order of shrimp and mixed veggies from a chinese place, it wsa in that standard brown sauce( i wanna say a mix of soy n terryaki) it came with about 11 good sized shrimp, ne one know how much protein is in shrimp, n is this healthy , or am i mis led ? veggies....Good Fish...Good Teryaki.GOOOOOOOOD ????

Well 11 shrimp is definitely not enough protein. as for the sauce, im sure you just consumed a SHITLOAD of sodium. It wasnt a horrible food choice but its not the best either. What are your goals?

There is approximatly 22g of proteing in 9 medium sized shrimp. I buy the raw frozen ones from costco.

well this meal was because i was in a hudge rush, and my mom knew my diet so thats what she got for me, i usually have steak or chicken, this was just a substitute, so i guess it wasnt as bad as i thought
