i take down 28 onces of fish and chicken a day
yeah i would say 26-28 oz. of meat is my normal intake a day. then there is eggs and whey and all that other good stuff for protein.
yep i eat chicken and fish aswell but more red meat and also protein shakes
i don't know if is mentally but i feel more strong and get better pumps when i eat more meat

theres a lotta creatine in steaks so when you eat that yeah most people do tend to feel stronger...plus some people really just have a hard time growing without those red meats.
