feel bad about 2 cheat meals
My progress seemed to really slow this week. Today I had 2 gorditas from taco bell. I also had a few rolls from red lobster (like 5) at dinner. Maybe that will help out..I am thinking about doing cardio twice a day on nonworkout days from now on. My diet has remained the same..Im not sure what is wrong. Any ideas, suggestions?

lmao...i had a dozen.yes 12......Krispy Kreme, origional glazed w/ chocolate on top.......yesterday...
I dont regret it @ all...................it took almost a gallon of skim to wash um down

dude im doing two a day cardio sessions...unless you are dieting for a show or something like that it aint worth it.

Bro this is to be expected, you start losing weight and diet remains the same you are going to stall out. As a matter a fact you want to stall out, it's a good thing. Now you know that your Diet needs readjusting and you need to taper down on your ratio's that's all. Don't get down on yourself about it, you'll be fine.
Those Gordita's better have been Cheesy Gordita Crunches, or else you totally fvcked yourself

shoot man, im currently bulking now and it seems like your the opposite. i eat alot of clean calories but i dont feel one bit guilty cheating 2 or 3 even 4 times a week. the way i look at it is im eating 8 meals a day including liquid form. thats 56 meals a week, so if i cheat even 5 times a week thats only like 10% of the time or something like that. so dont feel to bad.

I would cut down on the use of whey protein and incorporate some more proper protein sources, chicken, turkey, egg whites, etc. Maybe think about dropping the natty pb and add some flax?

Ya I look forward to the pb all day haha. Looking at the flax..it has a whole lot less calories. Ya..I need to get a smaller can of tuna most likely..the one I eat now have 80g protein per can. I guess I'll keep the big can of tuna for meal#3. I cant decide where to replace a shake with tuna..Its gotta be a pro/fat meal since I'll be having mayonaise and I was thinking the last one, but flax and mayo would prolly be overkill.

okay you're prolly gonna think this is nasty but i throw a can of tuna in some lettuce and add 1/2 tbsp (you may wanna do a full tbsp though) of flax then add balsamic vinegar...its awesome. my fav meal of the day!

Oh i tried that..cant get the flax smell/taste outta there unless I wash it w soap vigorously. I dont got a dishwasher in my dorm haha so..i gotta problem. No worries..i can handle it til i actually throw up one day
