    Maltodextrin.....

    I just received my 20lbs. of dextrose from kentnutrition (i feel like a drug lord), but now i'm seeing maltodextrin/dextrose with pwo shake. am i gonna be alright taking 80g. dextrose with my pwo shake? or do i need to make another order for maltodextrin?

    i normally do malto/dex combo but you'll be fine with just the dex. you can get some maltodextrin later if you'd like. no biggie really...
