how much weight will i gain etc
i am consuming this.
Cheat Day-
Calories Protein Carbs Fat
Meal 1 441 39 51 9
Meal 2 384 41 46 4
Meal 3 573 54 70 9
Meal 4 466 18 76 10
Meal 5 344 31 55 0
Meal 6 644 50 111 0
Meal 7 280 14 42 6
Meal 8 219 2 46 3
Meal 9 536 42 69 10
Meal 10 576 38 79 12
Totals Calories 4,463 Protein 329 Carbohydrate 645 Fat 63
Meal 1. egg whites + 1 yolk + 2 cups oatmeal.
Meal 2. 1 scoop whey + casein protein powder + 1 cup ziti pasta mixed with half cup of low fat cottage cheese.
Meal 3. Tuna on whole-grain bread + 1 cup oatmeal + 1 sliced peach.
Meal 4. 1 large bagel + 1 tbsp. peanut butter.
Meal 5. (preworkout) 2 boiled potatoes + 1 scoop whey protein powder mixed with water.
Meal 6. (post-workout) 2 scoops whey protein powder mixed with ABB Carbo Force.
Meal 7. 2 slices cheese pizza or substitute of similar protein..carbs…etc
Meal 8. 1 and a half cups of Cap’n Crunch cereal.
Meal 9. 4 oz. lean steak + 1 cup brown rice.
Meal 10. 1 scoop whey + casein protein powder + 1 large bagel + 1 tbsp. peanut butter.
Anybody know how long i should stay on this? I weigh 155 pounds. I am only 19 so i have a fairly fast metabolism, i do not plan on taking steroids , but i do play on cardio ever day if i should.
Anybody know how much weight i should gain in the next month, and the next month after that?
By the way this is a bulker.

I dunno bro but if you wanna bulk I would hit the bulking stickies up top. Everyone will agree that will get you started in the right direction. 10 meals a day how much sleep do you get? Easting every 2 1/2-3 hours a dayyou should be able to fit in 7-8 at most JMO

We don't know your body that well to even take a stab at how much weight you will gain. Gotta see for yourself.
But I can tell you that unless you have a super fast metabolism, you're most likely to gain a ton of fat with the foods you have prescribed.
Cap N' Crunch and Pizza are not the most ideal muscle building post-workout foods. Far from it.
