okay so i have this loaf of bread and its says 100% whole grain and whole wheat...then i check the ingredients and it says it contains high fructose corn syrup....WHAT THE HELL?!?...should i keep eating this stuff? is it supposed to have this and is this syrup even a big deal? i mean i normally dont touch anything that has high fructose corn syrup but i thought whole wheat bread was a source of good carbs.
