    Fat Free-Sugar Free Pudding

Yeah I just bought a few box's of Fat Free-Sugar Free Pudding.
I was gonna add some of my tasteless whey protein to it and cook it all up.
I was wondering if It would be good to snack on occasionally.

I don't think it would set you back much but the key word here is "Occasionally".

not that horrible. But make it into a treat everynow and then. Not a everyday thing.

yeah, I bought some the other day too. I made it with 1% milk thinking i was doing good. Then I ended up eating 2 servings!! Half the box!! For me it's hard to take those things in portion. Thanks this thread really helped me out b/c I was thinking about eating it ED, I guess not now since I am starting a serious cutting diet.

It aint gonna kill you, Sugar free jello has even less in it, an entire box is 40 cals and 1% sodium is the only thing in it
