Egg beaters or any other sources??? I get a half gallon carton for $8 that consists of 75 egg whites. They are "mechanically separated." The ingredients are purely egg whites and gaur gum. I'm assuming the gaur gum is to give it more of a thicker consistency.

I like to hardboil mine. 6-8 a day.

i know yall hate egg whites but what i do for breakfast for my pro/carb meal, is i take 10 egg whites and 6 pieces of whole wheat whole grain toast and some fat free cream cheese.......spread cream cheese over 3 of the slices spread the egg whites among the three slices and then put the other three slices of toast on top of your eggs...its delicious and tastes like an egg mcmuffin from mcdonalds....600-700 calories of pure muscle building protein and low glycemic carbs.

I do not eat them all the time but yesterday I was hungry since I did not eat much of the TG stuff and I ate 12 of them.
I cook my in a steamer, if you take 12 eggs and put them in a big steamer (to cook rice) you can hard-boil them in there in 16-18 minutes and they come out great, less breakage and they shell easier.
I am not sure the protien from egg whites are that great though are they?? what is it about 6grams per egg?
Is there any downside or benefit to adding egg in place of whey?

i switched to carton egg whites from Costco, just empty a carton in a pan with a little olive oil and your good to go... Carton = about 12 eggs or so

i dont know if any u guyz do this but if u poor some salt into the pot that ur hardboiling ur eggs in....the shellz will be easier to take off... i got soo frustrated tryin to peel off the shellz before...but found out if u add salt it will solve this problem...at least make it a lot easier
not only does it make the shell come off easier, but it makes the water boil faster.
i actually ate 20 egg whites yesterday.
8 for the first meal of the day, sometimes 10.
