You WON 5 boxes of protein bars...
Would you seriously pitch or sell them? 100% free myoplex carb sense.....would you eat them as part of a lean bulk or just ditch em for their inferior protein count......The macros are pretty good, it's the ingredients that are par.....if you did eat em, would you chop em up, add em to oats, pw shake? They def. arent a meal on thier own.....midnight snack?
My buddy used to eat one during his pre-competition phase at midnight....all the way up to about 4 weeks......but he was also on some heavy shit.....just curious......thanks........

What are the macros? If I remember, they suck. 17 grams protein and 9 grams fat?

I have seen some decent bars, some bad bars and some that are just like eating snickers.
I once got a box of twinlab bars for free when I ordered 8kg of whey. I just treated them as candy and ate them post workout. They where delicious

Put 'em in your locker, desk (where ever) at work, for when you have no food at your grasp, and eat em then.

or, put them in your glove box and save them for food in case you get stranded, lost, or in an accident... ha ha! Halloween candy would be even funnier
