    Where to buy dextrose/glucose?

    im having trouble finding this. is it the same thing? the stupid bitch at gnc didnt know what she was talking about. im looking to spike insulin after workouts to take with protein shakes, thanks

    seems like all i could find was this stuff but with creatine in it and i dont want that crap

    1/2 cup dex is about 80-90 grams. Along with your whey protein....it make for a pretty tasty PWO!

    ok ordered some, do you usually mix it all together as one shake or is it better to take the dex first then the pro?

    Dextrose mixed w/whey and water.

    1/2 cup is 75 grams of carbs, so adjust your values from that number.
