You treat it like any simple sugar during a cutting cycle, PWO is main suitable time.
i would go with strawberries. they only have about 50 calories for a full cup and they have a good fiber content that will help you to feel full.
i have a small amount of fruit while cutting - 1 or 2 pieces (either morning and/or PWO)
but i eat a lot more when bulking
high fiber and full of nutrients
very rare for me....maybe a few blueberries in my morning pancakes, or a blackberry in my pw shake, but I think veggies are more benefitial, esp. if you have a good multi......
well i have apples when cutting i dont mind it..
