home made merengue from eggwhites
guys im getting horribly sick of eggwhites and have been looking for ways to kill the tase. my latest gimmick is whipping eggwhites in a blender and adding dextrose and some vanilla extract. once its foamed up i put in a baking dish and bake 45 mins. tastes awesome but my only concern is if the protein could get degraded in the porcess. if not the i think i have a winner here!

wow i thought i was the only one that does this...i've been doing it for a year now with splenda...makes me fuller during contest prep.

45 minutes is a prett long time. But I dont think it would screw the protein to much so your good to go.

cooking them will make the protein fine.
