Is my chicken still good?

My wife defrosted 3.5 pounds of chicken then decided not to cook it and stuck it back in the freezer. Yeah I know, I'm still working on domesticating her. Is it ok or should I chuck it in the trash?

Can I refreeze partially thawed raw chicken or turkey?

For the best quality, we recommend that you finish thawing the poultry and cook it completely, then immediately freeze if desired (whole poultry should be cut into small portions prior to freezing). If cooking is not an option, and there are ice crystals on the raw chicken or turkey and it's still solid to the touch, it can be refrozen; however, the quality will likely be affected.


Now does that mean you can't refreeze i don't know but I have always heard you can get bacteria in it that does not cook out????

For best quality.. that means the best way.. not the only way.. yes it will be fine.. how do you cook it?? I boil mine,

I grill it. I'm looking through the recipe's forum for some new seasoning ideas. Well I have a pretyy strong constitution and never had any food poisoning so I'll give it a shot but if I'm not here tomorrow you'll know why.
