ok im 5'7", 170lbs,small to medium bone structure, and 22 years old these are my diets for matenence, cutting and the question is for the last one;bulking while on AAS.. im going on a test e cycle of 500mg/week for 14 weeks(first cycle and i would like to get maximum muscle from my investment and from what i hear eating alot of calories is the way to do it)...i would like to know if the bulking diet below should be sufficient? if not, tell me ur suggestions...
the first two diets work very well for me... keep in mind that my job is as a security guard and i do nothing at all at work but sit at a desk...,so other than the gym i am very innactive...i train 6 days a week, hitting all body parts once a week,except back. i do back twice a week, once for thickness and once for width(my back needs to catch up)...and i do 25-30 min cardio 4 times a week..

3=20p/20c/5f(this is only 1 1/2 hours after meal 3 and 1/2hour preworkout)

cutting=

btw=even on my cutting diet i still move up in wieghts at the gym, just not as soon as the matenence diet.

as i said above i need to know if you AAS vets think that this(bulking diet)should be sufficient enough to get maximum results from my cycle?...
