Sodium
Trying to cut, just wondering if sodium is something that is going to hurt gains in the long run. Rambo's thread says:
Q: Is sodium an issue?
A: Outside of the bloating issue, or if you have high cholesterol, no.
I'm Not questioning his knowledge I was just wondering if there is more to it than that. I season the hell out of everything I make and was wondering if it'll hurt my progress.

High sodium intake for long periods of time can cause hypertension (high blood pressure). Normal intakes of sodium will aid in muscle recovery by keeping muscle cells full of water-dispersed nutrients. It is important, when using high-normal levels of sodium, to consume plenty of water throughout the day. If sodium intake is high, supplementing potassium may be necessary to help maintain a positive water balance.
