i jus need some advice about my diet as i gain about 5-7 pounds of weight and im on this diet for only 2 weeks...so need to know is it the fat i gain or the muscles...
the diet is as follow
8-9 am - 5-6egg white,1cup oats,2 whole wheat toast,protein shake
12-1:30 training and then about 60g protein(iso pro shake) and a PWO mealmainly veggie wit chicken
4-5p.m- 2cups of oats
6-8p.m- tuna 2cans(50g protein)
9p.m 45gm protein shake
10:30-11pm- chicken wit veggies
now i dont exactly know the intake of my protein,carbs and fats for a day
if u guys can suggest anything to improve on it...it'll beof great hellp
