ok im on winny deca cycle. my goals are to get ripped and also be over 170 i was 5'9, was 160 went up to 170 and started dieting last week now im only 167. i have about 3.5 weeks left of winny and 3 weeks of deca should i keep eating to get big and get cut after cycle or should i diet on cycle.
or eat to get big and bump my cardio
