yea...but taking just by itself "UPON WAKING UP IN THE MORNING" is enough or need more than that?
I personally get great results from protein and flax shake then wait 20-30 mins and have 2 scoops of Supercharge. I prefer to stay away from carbs upon waking and going to the gym since for me I get sleepy or lethargic again IMO
take NoXplode before you workout not when u wake up unless you workout when you wake up
