Ok, so here is my deal. I have about 20lbs of fat to cut, i'd like to do it by the beggening of March. However, I want to retain the muscle I have because i have worked incredibly hard to get it. Is there a way I can have my cake and eat it too? If you know a diet or have any sugestions that will allow me to cut fat, put retain or even put on muscle, let me know. Any sugestions are welcome.
Qhuick Note, I am doing cardio and caloric management now, in regards to the diet I am allergic to all nuts/peanut butter, also I am 20 years old, if thats important.
