well you can go to the stickies above to get your BMR....what i would do though is take down how many cals you're eating now and then try to increase every 1 - 2 weeks by 200 cals til your bodyfat increases too much...then you know where you can keep your cals while gaining muscle. check the bulking sticky above for more info.
