Meal 8. Cassein shake 50grams, 1table spoon of flax
2 gallons of water throughout day
SUPPLEMENTS INCLUDE: Multi Vit, Vit C, R-ala, Alcar,
Glucorell is taken with all meals except after workouts and bed..
This is usually what I eat day in and day out for the time being, It is plain and simple and never really get sick off it. But I am always looking for advice in tweaking my diet, so all opinions are greatly appreciated..
