    Help Dive Kid sent me here

    I got a lot of help in the Q&A forum Dive Kid told me to come here.

    I'm looking to know what a good diet would be for me?
    I'm 5'11" at 205 lbs!

    Need more info let me know!

    oops

    Sorry about that, a good diet to lose weight, for now that's what I need to do. and I don't know my body fat percentage. There aq website the could give me a close %?

    Look at the sticky at the top of the forum and base your diet off of that. If you still have ?'s after that post them.
