I am hoping for some of your VETS to suggest a way to continue my results.
I have been at a stand still for the past two weeks. I am trying to drop DF and keep my muscle.
I am 6”1’ and weight 220lbs. I am not sure my BF somewhere aournd 15%
Here is my basic breakdown. I will not make you dizzy with the foods I eat, only my macros.
I weight train at 7PM Mon, Wed, and Fri
Training days.
Meal 1 - 4 50g Pro 15g Fat
ECY/Apple before training
60 Minutes weight training
PWO 40g Pro 100g Dextrose
PPWO 40g Pro 100g starchy carb
I do cardio in the evening Tue and Thurs, 45 Min low intesity
Sat and Sun 45 Min Low intensity first thing in the morning
Non Training days:
Meal 1 - 4 50g Pro 15g Fat
ECY - cardio
Meal 5 - 40g Pro 30g starchy carb and salad with dressing 15g Fat
Meal 6 50g Pro 15 Fat
Saturday is my cheat day. I try and eat what I have been craving all week. Wendy's, Steak and chesse, fried dough, OMG caramel apple empanadas!!
Can you guys see anything I can do, diet wise, that will help me continue my results. I am not sure if I should drop the fat a little or the carbs.
