sup guys... well just like the title says im trying to cut down and looking for somewhat of a meal plan to try to follow. i really want to get down to about 12-13% bf and am at 17% now. my eating habits arent bad although there not great either. i eat regularly about 4 times a day, usually regular sized meals, nothing huge. i try to stay away from carbs as much as possible but anyways here are some pics to get an idea of what i look like.. http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=212741.. so my concerns are basically getting leaner and being able to see more muscle in my body. any help would be appreciated.
