Please make suggestions to my cutting diet!
I have been reading the boards for a while, and have learned that at 5'9",20 years old and 175lbs, AAS is not gonna help me. I am gonna use a cutting diet to get down to my target BF%. I am new at making a cutting diet, so ANY suggestions would be helpful. I would like to get down 10% BF. I was told I was 13% BF, but from another post I had, other members think higher, very possible. Let me get your input.I am including pics to give you an idea of where I am in my progress (in terms of BF). I hope to also put on lean muscle. I will be woking out 4 times a week, doing cardio twice a week for 30-45 minutes. I have cut about 25 lbs in the past 3-4 months, but I thik I can cut more, and I want o do it the right way. Everyone says "eat eat eat", but I dont know what they mean exactly...any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.:scratch:

Meal #1 Oatmeal and Banana
Meal #2 Nutrigrain Bar
20 ounces of water
Meal #3 Chicken Breast
Salad (only lettuce)
Meal #4 Protein Shake?
Meal #5 lean steak (6 ounces)

Tuesday
Meal #1 Rasin Bran and (2 cups)
(with skim milk)
Meal #2 Banana and 1 cup of milk
Meal #3 1 cup of pasta
6 ounces of chicken or steak
Meal #4 apple and cup of O.J.
Meal #5 6 ounces of salmon or steak
mixed veggies (1 cup)
Wednesday

melon or other fruit (1 cup)
