Heard a lot about this from my Uncle who played pro football. He said they used it all the time back in the day..
What exactly does it do, and where can you get it?

There are more nutrients per ounce in wheat germ than in any other grain product or vegetable. Almost a complete food, one 3.5 ounce serving of wheat germ provides 27 grams of protein -- more protein per volume than whole wheats and most meats.
Wheat germ contains more iron and potassium than almost any other food. A 3.5 ounce portion contains 9.5 milligrams (mg) of iron, 827 mg of potassium, 2 mg of vitamin B1 and 4.2 mg of vitamin B3. Wheat germ also contains an abundance of phosphorous, lecithin, riboflavin, calcium, and the minerals magnesium, selenium and zinc, as well as vitamin E.
is wheat germ the same as wheat sprouts?? I have never heard the word germ before.
looks like wheat sprouts to me. I had a thread about this a couple of months ago. Its a awsome thing to include to any diet.
I think alfalfa sprouts beats it in nutrient density.
I searched it as "Wheat Germ"
Well do u guys have any idea where I can get it aside from the internet? Could I roll over to a Kroger or Meijer food store to pick some up?
well here in sweden I can buy it in regular food stores and in every health/supplement shop. Go to places where health nut vegitarians and vegans go.
