Fat Free Cream Cheese... is it bad for you? The kind I have (cheap stuff from price rite) just to add flavor to whole grain bagels, has 4 grams of carbs and I believe 1 gram of sugar. Nothing else.

It all depends if it fits within your dietary goals and overall plan.
I'd never use it simply because it tastes like plastic shit.
