    Who blends their tuna ?

    I had nothing for my pre workmeal (pro/fat) so i grabbed a Big tuna bag
    Threw it in the blender and looked around , i then grabbed a bottle of applejuice and some cinnamon. It wasnt bad , i could hardly taste the tuna but i could taste an irony taste. What else have you guys tried/use to kill the tuna taste ?

    yo it was some nasty @$$ $hit but i took it down. I remember seeing post on here about it and only found a few that didnt help. I cant stand tuna anymore. I use to force it down all the time raw and its getting to me.
    Tuna shake anyone ?

    eery other morning I blend 70grams protein worth of tuna with 4-6oz of water.

    then chug it.

    sucks and makes you gag if you're not use to it but its the quickest 70grams of protein

    Most of the time I just open the can, drain the water and eat it from the can. But when I want to change, I make tuna salad. I mix the tuna with some olive oil, tomatoes, olives (optional), green pepper and it tastes good. It is a Greek recipe that I have learned from a Greek fellow.

    I get raw tuna steaks from the seafood market. slice them up into thin slices and eat them raw with wasabe and soy sauce. MMMMMMM MMMMMM
