This is what I’m looking to run for the next 2-3 months to cut some BF before I jump on:
WK 1-4 30mg/day D-bol
WK 1-12 500mg/wk Test-E
WK 1-10 400mg/wk Decca
Meal 1: PRO/CARB/FAT
5-6 egg whites
3 strips of bacon
½ cup oatmeal
Meal 2: PRO/FAT
1 can tuna
1 TBSP of peanut butter
Meal 3: PRO/CARB
1 (8oz) Chicken Breast
½ cup of brown rice
Meal 4: PRO/FAT
1 can of tuna
1 TBSP of peanut butter
Meal 5: PRO/CARB
1 (8oz) Chicken Breast
½ cup brown rice
Meal 6: PRO/FAT
1 Protein Shake
1 TBSP peanut butter
I’m 26 yrs old, 5’9”, 190 lbs, around 15-18% bf. What do you all think? I pretty much took the cutting sticky and plugged in what I think I need.
I’m doing PB instead of flax to curb my sweet tooth, is this still ok?![]()
Most of my workouts will be in between meals 1&2 or 2&3 so I can switch those around for my PPWO meal and add another serving of veggies, right?![]()
Can I still use this diet when on a cutting cycle?![]()
Any advice will be appreciated.
