iVE SWITCHED TO BREAD......now its just 1/3 oat bra and 1/3 oats in meal 1, all else is bread and yams....much less bloat!
i dont know, i thought it had relatively high GI...? Someone on here, I think it was PinkVelvet, told me her trainer only lets her have it once a day. but if you're bulking who cares!
Oatmeal is good stuff. I eat 2 bowls of it a day. My cholesterol is at 100. I owe it all to the raw oats.
OAts and high GI? Nahh......go with steel cut, leave the processed, flavored stuff on the shelves.....
does quaker oats make this steel cut brand ? i usually just go with the quaker oats large flaked rolled oats red bag
