    Thumbs up Help me out with my lean mass diet PLEASE!

    21yrs old
    185lbs
    obj: LEAN MASS


    Meal 1: Eggs and Oats
    5 whites, 1 whole
    shredded white amer.
    1/2 cup COOKED oats
    1 glass of skim milk

    Meal 2: MHP MRP
    350kcals
    39g carb
    32g pro
    7g fat

    Meal 3: Tuna salad samich
    Tuna (white, in H2O)
    various veggies
    2slices of pumpernickle
    1tblspn flax

    Meal 4: pre-workout
    20gs casein
    20gs whey
    1 cup unccoked oats

    Meal 5: PWO
    80gs dextrose
    40gs whey iso

    Meal 6: Beef burgers
    ~~8oz lean ground beef
    2 WW burger buns
    1/4c shreddded white american
    tomatoes,lettuce,onion, ketchup, and fat free mayo

    Meal 7: 30mins before bed
    ~2c fat free cottage cheese
    2 tblspns fat free PB

    Something like:
    3050kcals, 315g carbs, 287g protien, 60g fat




    that was what I ate today, The meal frequency and size hasn't changed much. I have been eating liek this for about 3 weeks now.

    I ask for the critique, cause sooner or later (possibly FEB) I am looking to start my next cycle, which will be a LEAN MASS cycle.

    Looks good man, nice layout. Some may say keep away from the fats and carbs togehter. But if thats not really a problem for you then I'd say its lokking nice.

    What Giantz said and IMO you should up your protein to at least 350g a day....

    I like it.....add in a cheat meal each day......you are bulking, don't worry so much about counting every cal. That will come with cutting. Maybe up you fats a tad, and LOSE THE FF PEANUT BUTTER.....it's complete junk and laced with shitty ingredients.

    Opt for natual pb or I like to get them in their orginal form.....nuts and a shake are perfect.

    Kurz "lean mass" is different than bulking, very different.

    i would up the protein to 350, then more when your on your cycle.

    Yea thanks for the replies, I dont know why i would ever say fat free PB I think i meant fat free cottage cheese.. it was late when i typed that up but thanks again

    I think ill have another shake in there somehting like

    30gs whey
    1/2c oats


    and whatever elese to bump up the protein thanks alot!

    lean mass is ok...just dont do what I did for so long and burn the candle at both ends analyzing every morsel during bulking and continuing cardio!

    I can honestly say I have never ever gone to the gym spent one session on cardio... Yes!
