    Any good..

    Recipes for breakfast while on a cutting diet. I am really getting sick of eggwhites and oats that carried over from bulking.

    One word, SALSA. That will spice up any old egg. If that's to much just use some hot sauce. Mild, cuz the heat will give a bit of a kick anyway.

    I've started mixing fresh fruit (usually bananas, strawberries and blueberries), plain yougurt and granola together. like you I was getting tired of cooking eggs every morning, so my girlfriend suggested I try her breakfast.

    It's actually pretty good and just to make sure I am getting enough protein I slam a double scoop shake with skim milk with it. it's fast, tasty and makes a helluva nice lookin turd !

    Keep that ish up to date. I was actually going to start Monday but I wanted to throw some tren and primo in last second so i am just waiting for them to arrive.

    i have had egg whites and cream of wheat (mixed together w/ salt n pepper) and it was awesome for a while. but of course, after 5 weeks it got old...so i think im back to egg whites and oatmeal for a while

    protein pancakes, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop protein powder, mix witha spoon, and cook in a pan, add some SF jam, or a small amount of natty peanut butter to them.
    You can make then and put them in the fridge for later date. Just pop em in the toaster.

    Good Call I will def be trying this. I have Multigrain pancake batter here too.

    That sounds good too. I def feel you on things getting old. There are only so many foods on the approved diet list but being as creative as possible will help keep us sane.

    They are very good.. when Im carb cycling, i have them for my breakfast on my high carb days but poor me has to make them on my no carb day, and at night to top it off... so i drive myself crazy and cant sleep cause im thinking about them.. lol

    made some for breakfast this morning... Vette didnt liek them to much! lol but he ate them cause I cooked them, (he doesnt diet very much)

    I actually made some this morning to and loved them. I had my first cheat meal today in three weeks, Well it wasn't really bad (Baked Scrod & Filet) so today has been a good day

    Any other good recipes you can pmme me do so
