I'd say eat plenty of salad, Broccoli and Spinach.

onions, peppers, lettuce, tomato's (yeah i know its really a fruit) cauli flower and broccoli for me

Im always keep it to spinach, broccoli and any type of lettuce (except Iceburg). Peppers and tomato's have a high sugar content so I personally stay away from them
I love my asperagus, Broccoli, and Spinach!
You can't go wrong with veggies or fruit bro......
onions, yams, broc, cauli, zucchinni, radishes, romaine
bananas, apples, mangos...........
