any problem with liquid pasteurized eggwhites

Is there any problem with these opposed to just removing the yolk from a real egg? My apologies if the answer is simply no.

No I don't think there is. The best I've found is the eggology brand, it's exactly the same as real egg whites in consistency and taste.

I get mine from the Price Club only listed ingredient is egg whites so I would say no shouldn't be. Cost would be a difference though.

I just ordered 4 more gallons from eggwhitesint-they have a pump so you just pump out what you need, one ounce per pump (1.25 egg whites) I love it no more messing with egg shells!

There is one problem and it only applies if you are eating the egg whites raw: You will become vitamin b2 deficient, since raw egg whites have a binding protein to this vitamin which prevents your body from absorbing. Actually egg yolks have the highest concentration of this vitamin to conteract this. So just cook them (which destroys this binding protein) or dont eat many raw.
