    Tuna and.....

Ok, i hate eating tuna like some other members.... but i have recently found a Paul Newmans sauce to add to it that makes it nice to eat. Although its a pro/fat meal i feel it may be too high in saturated fat. I only have 1 tablespoon. What do you think? Should i stay away?

    All Natural Ingredients:

Vegetable Oil (Soybean Oil and/or Canola Oil), Water, Distilled Vinegar, Egg Yolks, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce (Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Water, Salt, Caramel Color, Garlic Powder, Sugar, Spices, Anchovies, Tamarind, Natural Flavor), Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Olive Oil, Mustard Flour, Garlic Powder, Spices, Onion Powder, Xanthan Gum

I eat my tuna with a couple tbs of natty PB mixed in. Tastes great and gets rid of the fishy taste!

this is what I would worry about

Vegetable Oil (Soybean Oil and/or Canola Oil),

canola oil is the dirtiest shit anyone can consume. But a little here and there wont kill you.

Thanks bro. What do you usually have with you tuna? Or can you bare it on its own?

    I drink it

other than that I mix it with rice and soy sauce or do a tuna salad. I pretty much hate tuna but those 3 ways I can stomach it.

if you just use a bit of that sauce you mentioned you are good to go

Nothing like a damn tuna salad sandwhich for lunch! A good recipe for tuna salad is green olives, pepper, boiled egg whites, tuna, and mayo. I like it.

I did that for years... ate tuna right out of the can and wached it down with a glass of water...

But I can't anymore. The mere sight or smell of canned tuna makes me wanna puke.

Now if I need to ingest tuna, I blender it with water and a few drops of louisiana red hot and chug it while holding my nose!

    Red

This sounds really good except for the green olives.

Tuna and natty pb sounds gross. Might be tempted to try it though.

I like just a little relish in mine, i find it masks the fishy taste almost completely. Then i choke it down and follow with some water. So good for me but god i hate the taste.
