Whats up bro's alot of great info here .I Had a question about cuting and coffee .Is it alright to have coffe after you lift or run .Now I know its great before you lift or run but I drink Starbucks like crazy like all the time .And if Im not hiting Starbucks Im on it at home .So is this going to mess anything up as far as cuting and keeping as much mass as possable ??My diet is in total check and my water intake is great as well. other than that is there anything wrong with drinking coffee after you lift or run to keep your body burning cals ?Thanks Anthony
