no its nothing to worry about in my opinion...i eat sweat potatoes everyday but i also add in spenda brown sugar...i also take 200mg of r-la first just so i can get away with eating that sugar.

I eat a sweet potatoe and/or a yam every single day....3rd meal, 4-5 hours before training.....gives me the energy for an intense session......the carbs from oats 1hr pre-w/o are more of an add-on than anything else...the true energy comes from 3-5 hrs pre.Originally Posted by chest6

Thats what Iwas thinking, I was thinkin I would eat it plain or add splenda

I added splenda and just a lil bit of brown sugar yesterday.I think thats fine
