    sugar in sweet potatoes?

In short, is the sugar in sweet potatoes something to worry about? Should they be avoided for that reason just like any other food with excess sugar?

arent you bulinking???? I eat a sweet potatoe and/or a yam every single day....3rd meal, 4-5 hours before training.....gives me the energy for an intense session......the carbs from oats 1hr pre-w/o are more of an add-on than anything else...the true energy comes from 3-5 hrs pre.
