Bagged Chicken

I just bought two 3 lb bags of chicken (like the kind Tyson makes) but didn't realize the chicken has added up to 15% solution. Is this quality (not taste or anything just nutritional value) shat compared to the regular stuff? The nutritional value looks almost the same aside from the sodium. What do you guys think?

Id say you would be fine, but im not totally sure..

It's just chicken injected w/some salt water to make it look plumper & stay fresher longer...no big deal, so don't sweat it too much.

Though it's always a better idea to stay away from fillers, the nutritional profile is pretty much the same. And so is the taste, actually.
