don't belive me? take a look at the cardio bunnies when you go to the gym...same friggn people doing daily cardio and they look EXACTLY the same as last year. why? diet=sucks! If I were you, I'd bulk my ass off for another month, eat as much as you can stuff in, then, start nixding all junk, then sugars, then sodium, etc........are you natty right now?
