Everything i read is for clean bulks and that, to me, isnt a bulk. probably because im an ectomorph and cant gain weight for shit. anyway, im still going to eat that chicken, whey, beans, rice, and all that stuff but whats some good stuff? ive got chili that seems great.
i dont think i am very sensitive to insulin so im not so much going for the only pro/fat or pro/carb meals. im not going to mix my natty pb and flax with some beans and rice, but im going to be a little less conservative.
tell me what you guys think of ectos and dirty bulks. i NEVER do cardio and i am pretty thin. i know once it gain 15+ lbs and try to cut up it is no problem at all for me to lose fat.
