2.5 to 3 hours apart is recommended.

When do you know? Believe me, your body will tell you...it is around 15 minutes until my next meal and my stomach knows it. Shit, i gotta go heat it up now...

When I first started on a good diet I used to struggle with eating meals every 3 hours but forced them down.

In time your body will adapt to it and you will reach the stage when you will want to eat all the dam time but for now you have to get used to eating when ur not hungry.

Yea It was hard at first when i was still new to dieting. Now I have no rpoblems with eating every 3 hours. Reason I was asking is because Id like to add that extra mean a day.. by eating every 2.5 hours .. maybe even two.. but I dont want to be overeating. I want my body to use everything I give it.
    Thanks

I agree.....it is now to the point where im hungery about an hour after a meal. I try for between 2 and 3 hours and that seems to work well. THe 3 hours is tough for me sometimes.
