Thats what I do..I'll get like 2 grilled chicken sandwiches plain and put the chicken in btwn 2 napkins and squeeze all the grease out.

McDonald's - Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with double the chicken, light balsamic vinigrette dressing. (use half the pouch).
Subway - get a wrap with turkey, veggies, and mustard.
That's all I know of "fast food."

I don't eat fast food anymore. Maybe once every few weeks if I have no choice.
